Deep Cycle 12V-24V Lithium Battery (LiFePo4)
GC’s lithium (LiFePo4) power packs are designed to replace heavy, bulky lead-acid batteries in APU’s of commercial vehicles. With only 40% of weight, they pack twice more power, have a guaranteed minimum of 5000 cycles and come with 3-5 years of factory limited warranty.
Description
Built-in BMS (Battery Management System) guarantees safe operation and controlled charge and discharge of the unit without putting extra stress onto the engine’s alternator (as lead-acid batteries do). These units require twice less maintenance and last two-three times longer than lead-acid batteries! Service-free lifecycle of properly sized LiFePo4 power pack is around 8-10 years. High charge efficiency and low weight of the unit means better fuel economy at a lower cost, with lower envirnmental impact.
Optional Bluetooth and built-in heater are available with these batteries, but do not come standard!
Batteries of the same rating could be connected in grids, up to four in series and four in parallel without special provisions. Charging current could be customized for a particular application.
